Go to the room next door. Save your game. As you leave
the house, Latina will talk to you. Go back to the world map (leave Block D). Once in the
map, go to the Central District. It's that big red space ship in the center of the map.
Talk to the guards inside. A sequence follows. Use the
elevator /NORTH\ of you. Walk /WEST\ and go up the stairs and enter the room. Inside the
room, turn [left] and go to the next room. A sequence follows. Get out of the room. Go
      down using the elevator.
Leave the place. You'll find yourself in Block A. Walk
towards the two guards. A sequence follows. After the sequence, walk a bit to the /SOUTH\,
then turn /WEST\. Jump in the chimney-like structure. Open the door and talk to the woman
in the room wearing peach-colored skirt. A sequence follows. If you didn't manage to get
in through the chimney, go around the house and look for a door that isn't lock and get in
to get back to the roof. Leave the room through the door on the /WEST\. Leave Block A and
go back to Latina's bar in the D Block. Remember your new room is on the second floor of
that place. A sequence follows. Go to the next room then save your game.
Rest by going to the chair by the bed.
When you wake up, leave the house. Go up the roof of your old dorm. Once you get to the
roof, climb up the boxes and up the ladder. There will be an Amazoness standing near the
tower. Talk to her. When you hear the sound of the train, make a rush down the top of the
boxes. Jump over the train. If you fail to jump over the train, Citan will talk to you.
You will get all the chance you need to get back to jump again. This will be frustrating
in the beginning especially if you don't know where to jump from. Since the train is a bit
high, you can't jump from the bottom part of the roof even if Fei says "Jump from
here." You should jump from the topmost box. Move a little bit to the edge of the box
away from the train and when the train comes, do a running jump and hopefully you'll be on
the top of the train. Once you're on top of the train, move to the next car nearer the
      front!

          | from <[email protected]> I noticed in your xenogears guide that when u board the train u state to
jump from the highest box but if u go to the top of the platform with the guy standing on
it u can make the jump much easier. |

      INSIDE THE GEAR DOCK
Save your game! You don't want to go through the train jump, do you? In case you
totally gave up on that train jump, a dex save is available.
Try opening the door on the /SOUTH\. After
the short sequence, climb up the boxes and go to that giant air duct in the /WEST\. Once
you're inside, turn [left]. Walk straight ahead then turn [left] (/EAST\) then turn
      [right]. Walk, then turn [left].
When you turn [left] again, you should find yourself out
of the giant air duct. Jump down the boxes and go up the one box /NORTH\ of the room. From
that box, jump to the other boxes on the other side of the room. Make sure you do a
      running jump.
Walk down, turn right (/NORTH\). Walk till you get to the
end and then turn [right]. Take a peek at the grates. Walk back (/WEST\), then turn left
(/SOUTH\). On the first corner, walk /EAST\ (turn [left]). Go straight ahead and take a
peek at the grates. Walk back, turn [left] (/SOUTH\) and turn [right].
Turn [left] again (/SOUTH\), the another [left] until you
find yourself out of the air duct, behind a close door. A sequence will follow.
Once inside the room, go /EAST\ then turn to the [left]
towards the tables and chairs. Go through the door leading you to the next room. Examine
the open cabinet. You should be able to get the master key and frame HP30. After getting
them, press <S> (square button, remember) to activate the menu. Go to Gears and and
then Equip. Equip your gear with the Frame HP and the beam coat. You will be battling the
      group of gears again soon.
Leave through the door on the /EAST\. You'll find
yourself in an empty room. Exit through the door on the /NORTH\. In the next room, keep on
walking and exit through the /NORTH\ door. Turn [left], keep on walking, ignore the door
you see. Turn [right], to the /NORTH\ and go through the door on your [left]. Inside the
room, turn [right] and exit the room. You're back at a familiar place. Save your game.

        TIPS ON ENEMIES
        Mechanic -- throws a giant
wrench which can knock out both Fei and Citan. Use your most powerful deathblows against
        them.
Swordsman -- can cause a lot of
damage. He might knock you both down so I suggest you escape the fight if you come across
        him.

Go to the door near the memory cube. Stand
by the pink and yellow light. Examine it. Go to the door and open it.
Walk around the wall, go down the stairs and head for the
door by the /WEST\ wall. You will be in a big room with gears. Where is Weltall? Well,
he's hidden somewhere. In the middle of the room, you'll see only three gears 'parked.' Go
to the first one (the most easternly). Beside the gear is a switch flashing pink and blue.
Examine it twice. Get in Weltall by going to him and pressing <X>. Go to the memory
cube in the /WEST\. Save your game.
There is a moving gear /SOUTH\ of the
room. Talk to it. Tune up your gear. If you tuned up Weltall with me (following the
walkthrough), the only better equipment you'll be able to buy will be the Frame.
In the center of the room, back where you found Weltall,
you'll find empty spaces for gears. Go there and examine it.

          | BOSS FIGHT |

          | RANKAR R |

          | 1000 HP |

          | Use <X> attacks on him and Level 1 deathblows will
be good. Don't use booster coz you'll be needing all the fuel there is. |

      A sequence follows.

          | BOSS FIGHT |

          | AEGIS KNIGHT R |

          | 1800 HP |

          | Use level 1 deathblows on him. He'll cause a lot of
damage so kill him as fast as you can. |

          | BOSS FIGHT |

          | SWORD KNIGHT R |

          | 1800 HP |

          | Very destructive, his attacks can cause up to 400+
damage. Use deathblows to get him. |

      Another sequence.

          | BOSS FIGHT |

          | CLAW KNIGHT R |

          | 1400 HP |

          | Although with lesser HPs that Aegis and Sword knights,
this gear can attack twice in a row. Like before, use deathblows to get him. |

          | BOSS FIGHT |

          | WAND KNIGHTS (2) |

          | 1800 HP each |

          | Concentrate your attacks on one gear at a time. If your
gear has few HPs left, restore them using the Special Options when it's your turn to
attack. Stier can cause 900+ damage using death drive ether attack. |

      A long sequence follows.
